Toiletries
New, unopened, unwanted toiletries can be donated to shelters, service organizations that distribute to people in need. Used contact lenses go in the trash.
Do not place toiletries in curbside recycling.
Consider donating still usable products to a family member, friend, neighbor, organization, or materials exchange freecycle event that may be able to use the unwanted toiletries.

Contact Lenses
Blister packs for contact lenses, used lenses, and lens storage containers should be placed in the trash for proper disposal. Do not place contact lenses or accessories in curbside recycling. You might consider using a mail-back service through TerraCycle.

Razors
TerraCycle® has partnered with Gillette® and Venus to offer the Gillette® Razor Recycling Program, a free recycling program for all brands of blades, razors and razor plastic packaging. Do not place blades, razors, and razor plastic packaging in curbside recycling.
Dental Products
Crest+Oral B offers a free recycling program for any brand of oral care products including toothbrushes, brush heads, toothpaste tubes, mouthwash containers, floss containers, floss string, and floss picks. See details about the Recycle On Us mailback program.
