Cell Phones Cell phones can be recycled at many retail locations (AT&T, Best Buy, T-Mobile and Verizon) and through municipal computer recycling events. You can also drop-off old cell phones, tablets and mobile devices at the Solid Waste District, 4750 East 131 Street in Garfield Heights. Cleveland Metroparks Zoo collects cell phones and other small electronic devices and recycles them through ECO-CELL, an organization dedicated to gorilla conservation. They can also be donated to local community service organizations that will reuse them.
